How information submitted through this BCGA Foundation website is used.
Information you choose to share
Contact and partnership forms collect your name, email and the information you enter so BCGA Foundation can respond. Résumé submissions also include your school, GPA, career area of interest and uploaded PDF for BCGA Foundation staff to review, plus any optional phone number, opportunity preference and introduction you choose to share.
Access and use
Submissions are stored in BCGA Foundation's website platform. Contact details and résumés are restricted to authorized staff. Résumé files use private storage and temporary download links. The website does not publish applicant information or automatically share résumés with employers.
Donations
Donations are processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. BCGA Foundation receives your contact details, giving preferences and payment confirmation; card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this website. Monthly gifts repeat until canceled. Contact info@bcgausa.org to manage a recurring gift or ask about a payment. Confirmed payment and refund records are visible only to authorized staff. An anonymous recognition preference keeps your name out of public recognition; it does not hide your information from authorized staff or Stripe.
News and updates
The newsletter form records your request to receive BCGA Foundation updates. Contact, partnership and résumé submissions do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. To change your preferences or request removal, email info@bcgausa.org.
Third-party services
Video players, photo albums and outgoing event or application links may use services such as YouTube, Flickr and Partiful. Those services have their own privacy practices.
