Theme: “Who Runs The World”
A summit consisting of conversations, connections, and competitions; introducing Women of color high school & college students to diverse female corporate partners & entrepreneurs in the gaming/esports industry. WGG is the first-ever property of its kind, where successful Women of color corporate executives and entrepreneurs educate, mentor & pay it forward to Women of color college & high school students interested in the gaming & Esports industry. The summits will take place during Women’s History Month.
Objectives:
Equity: Conversations – Educating & Mentoring from women of color executives representing the top Gaming corporations & entrepreneurs in the world.
Access: Connections – Dedicated time for mini-interviews for internships & job opportunities in gaming & esports; Plus, Networking with successful individuals in the industry.
Opportunity: Competition – Earn scholarships & prizes to assist with college expenses & learning more about Gaming & Esports

The Black Collegiate Gaming Association (BCGA) celebrated its 4th annual Women Got Game Summit in San Francisco, California, during GDC week, marking a splendid conclusion to Women’s History Month.
Dedicated to celebrating Women of Color in Gaming & Esports, the summit provided an exceptional platform for young high school and college attendees. These aspiring women of color had the unique opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and network with trailblazing Women of Color executives and professionals in the industry.
Conclusion: The summit concluded with an all-female Valorant Esports Tournament, offering students the chance to showcase their gaming skills against their peers. This not only allowed them to gain valuable competitive experience but also fostered a sense of community and empowerment among participants.
